Amazon Shipping lists three holiday demand periods: October 25 through November 21, November 22 through December 26, and December 27, 2026 through January 16, 2027.
The official table distinguishes the ordinary per-package demand charge from additional handling, large-package, and extra-heavy package additions.
What to review
Forecast cost separately for each window and package category. Check the package qualification rules in the linked service guide and the terms of your agreement.
Amazon says demand surcharges are additional to contracted rates. The ordinary demand charge should not stand in for the full exposure of a package that also meets a handling or size criterion.
