Kadix AI Engineer
Engineering · New York, NY · Hybrid (3 days) · Full-time
Apply → Build the next iteration of Kadix — our in-house invoice-intelligence platform that reads every line of every shipping invoice across UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Amazon.
What you'll do
- Own the parsing and classification pipeline that handles 87M+ historical shipments and growing.
- Build models that benchmark a new client's rates against our database in seconds.
- Ship infrastructure that files refund claims and renegotiation packets automatically.
- Work directly with the analyst team — your features go into production audits within weeks, not quarters.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in production ML / data engineering. Strong Python, SQL, and at least one framework (PyTorch, JAX).
- Comfortable with ETL at scale, document parsing (PDF/EDI/CSV), and ambiguous schemas.
- Bonus: experience with parcel data (EDI 210, GS1 labels), or any vertical where domain knowledge matters.
Senior Logistics Analyst
Analyst team · New York, NY · or Remote (US) · Full-time
Apply → Run audits and renegotiations for a portfolio of Kadima clients. You're the senior eyes on every report and the one carriers know on first-name basis.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of 8–15 active client accounts across SMB and mid-market.
- Read every Kadix-flagged line and decide which goes to the carrier as a recovery claim vs. a renegotiation point.
- Lead carrier meetings — UPS, FedEx, DHL — armed with benchmark data we generate in-house.
- Train Kadix on the edge cases you catch by hand. The platform gets smarter every week from your work.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years inside carrier sales, parcel auditing, or logistics analytics at a shipper.
- You can read a UPS or FedEx contract and tell us what's missing in 15 minutes.
- Comfortable presenting savings analyses directly to CFOs.
Account Manager — Mid-Market
Client success · Remote (US) · Full-time
Apply → Run the day-to-day relationship for our mid-market book. You're the person clients call when they have a question, a new lane, or a new carrier they're considering.
What you'll do
- Manage 20–30 mid-market accounts, each shipping $50K–$500K/mo.
- Quarterly reviews on documented savings vs. projection.
- Spot expansion opportunities (international, freight, GPO, warehousing) and bring in the right specialist.
- Be the inside advocate when clients need something across teams.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years account management at a B2B logistics, SaaS, or financial services company.
- Comfortable reading a P&L and translating shipping numbers for finance teams.
- Strong written communication — most of our client relationships live in email, not on calls.
