Any recent invoice works — a single week or month is plenty. A PDF download is all we need.

UPS
  1. Sign in to the UPS Billing Center.
  2. Open Invoice and pick a recent date.
  3. Download → PDF, then upload it here.
FedEx
  1. Sign in to FedEx Billing Online.
  2. Find a recent invoice under Account Summary.
  3. Download → PDF, then upload it here.
DHL Express
  1. Sign in to DHL MyBill.
  2. Select a recent invoice.
  3. Download → PDF, then upload it here.
USPS & Amazon
  1. USPS: download a recent statement/shipping report from your USPS Business account.
