Our DHL contract becomes your DHL contract.

DHL, optimized.

We hold our own DHL rate agreement as an authorized reseller. Whether you ship 50 or 5,000 international parcels a month, you access pricing typically reserved for enterprise accounts.

Our relationship with DHL

How DHL actually sits inside our system.

We hold our own DHL Express rate agreement as an authorized DHL reseller. That contract was built on the combined international parcel volume of our entire client book, and it lives independently of any one shipper's volume — so a business sending 50 international parcels a month ships on the same rate schedule as one sending 5,000.

Inside our system, DHL is the international leg. Domestic stays on whichever carrier wins each lane. International parcels move on DHL because, on most lanes between 200+ origin-destination country pairs, nobody else is close.

The service is identical to opening a DHL account directly. Same Express network, same time-definite guarantees, same tracking. The only thing the reseller relationship changes is the invoice.

What we actually negotiate

The levers we work on every DHL account.

Every DHL contract is the sum of many separate line items. We work each one — not just the headline base rate.
01

Reseller rate access

You ship on our DHL contract instead of retail. The single biggest lever — and the one that doesn't require negotiating anything yourself.

02

Fuel surcharge index

DHL's fuel surcharge runs on a weekly index that compounds quickly on international parcels. We work the index where there's room to work it.

03

Remote-area surcharge reduction

Remote and out-of-area surcharges are negotiable on the right account. We push them down where your lane mix justifies it.

04

Dim weight divisor

Dim weight is where DHL invoices balloon. We optimize the divisor on your account so light, bulky parcels stop billing as if they were dense.

05

Service-level matching

Express isn't always the right service. We help match service level to shipment urgency so you stop paying for time-definite delivery on parcels that don't need it.

FAQ

About DHL through Kadima.

What does 'authorized DHL reseller' actually mean?
Kadima holds a direct contractual relationship with DHL with a negotiated rate schedule based on our combined client volume. We pass that schedule through to clients shipping on our agreement.
Do I still get DHL Express tracking and money-back guarantees?
Yes. You're still shipping DHL Express — same network, same transit times, same tracking system, same eligible service guarantees. The reseller relationship affects pricing, not service.
What's the minimum volume to use DHL through Kadima?
We work with businesses shipping as few as 50 parcels per month. You don't need to hit a volume threshold yourself — we aggregate across clients.
